By studying the complex relationship between colors and shapes in nature, I had to observe the vocabulary of natural shapes and develop these shapes into their own graphic motifs over a period of several weeks. During this analog process, I tried to vary the composition and framing of our images using different drawing methods before turning the analog drawings into vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator. I then manually created the templates for the risography printing process by patterning various mixtures from a reduced color palette. After the risography was completed, I edited to create my own designs as 3D digital artworks using the mesh tool in Illustrator.
These works were jointly exhibited at Biosphäre Potsdam with other design department students at the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences.
